I have been disgusted and numbed by the recent headlines of an on-going story about a teen who was gang raped by seven boys. It is unknown whether she was mentally disturbed or drugged but she kept pleading with the guys to stop what they were doing. The video is on everyone's lips and I am just glad that it helped the police to identify the perpetrators. The most poignant thing about all this, is that it was a joke to the guys but it will be an everlasting imprint on the girl. They appear in court tomorrow-I just can't wait to see the case unravel.I would love to see the South African justice system do something about rape cases.
